As a Product Manager/ Sales Professional, you will  manage MicroTrain’s IT Management programs such as PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL and Business Analysis and actively participate in business development. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. <br>

Lafox, Illinois office has available a challenging Inside Sales position, offering excellent advancement opportunity. As <br>
part of our Inside Sales Team, you will coordinate all sales activities in a defined market of strategic contract manufacturers.<br>
In addition, you will:<br>
--Perform request for quotes and review bill of materials for both franchised and competitive lines. <br>
--Assist Product Managers, Global Account Managers and vendors to coordinate and optimize consistent pricing to the target account base.<br>
--Process to completion expedites, special orders, credit applications, return authorizations (RMAs) and sample requests.<br>
--Work with Product Managers, Global Account Manager and vendors to coordinate backend processes such as: processing ship and debits; helping administrate consigned inventory.<br>
--Manage open orders (back orders) and act as the liaison between the customers and Richardson's product management/purchasing team.<br>
<br>
You must have 3-5 years sales experience and an associates degree in engineering, marketing, business (or equivalent).  Electronics distribution experience is a plus as is a second language skill in Spanish or Mandarin.  You must have excellent communication skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced <br>
office and a strong desire to learn. <br>
