Parking is free in a private lot in the back of the apartment. Garage parking is available, you have to ask the landlord about it (I pay $125 extra for the garage and it fits two larger SUV's). There are two entrances to the apartment, one being in the "main" hallway and one being the connector for the kitchen and the back porch. Dogs are not ok, but Cats and other animals are. There is a large backyard as well, for you to lounge, have a party, or just play catch or frisbee. You pay electric only and cable if you wish (We have Comcast that you can reconnect), and our electric bill is quite reasonable. The heater and A/C are electric.

My boyfriend and I have lived here 14 months (re-signed a lease 2 months ago) and would not be moving if I did not start a job in North Aurora a few weeks ago. I do not want to be driving an hour to and from work every day, that is the only reason we will give up such a good deal. I had worked downtown Chicago, and to drive to the loop is about 25-35 minutes and the Metra (2 stops), Blue Line, and Green Line are all within a 2 mile radius of this apartment. The neighbors are quiet, never bother you, and the landlord's office is two buildings away. We are probably the loudest people in the building and no one cares at all. We love the area, plenty of shopping not even a mile away, with about three of four gyms and about ten grocery stores in the area too.

The apartment is at 6045 W. 26th st. in Cicero, Il. It is so large and quiet, it is unbelievably cheap for the size.
