I am looking for a responsible person(s) to take over my lease at Elmhurst Place apts. I will be making a quick move out of town and need someone ASAP. This is a one bedroom plus den, but we use the den as another bedroom b/c it is big and has a nice closet. There is one bathroom, balcony big enough for large gas grill, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher,disposal,.... nice and clean! The master bedroom is HUGE and the walk in closet is amazing! The lease ends October 31st. I would like it to be rented by FEB 1, but this is negotiable if you need sooner or a bit later. I have paid for garage parking until March 31st to get through the winter, so this is free for you! Water/trash/sewer is included. All others are not but are pretty cheap. If your not familiar with Elmhurst, this apt. is about two blocks from the metra, you can just walk! Walk to anywhere downtown...shopping, dining, doctors, ect. Great place!
