Job Responsibilities
===============

Provide technical support services to clients using remote support tools.

Create network documentation and procedural documentation for internal and client audiences.

Perform in-depth systems analysis; recognize problems, opportunities, patterns, cause & effect relationships. Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into priorities and action plans.

Effectively communicate technical & business concepts to clients on all levels.

Work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others.

Takes ownership for actions, seeks feedback and takes direction. Take pride in delivering excellent results and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Act in the capacity of a project coordinator; keeping the client informed of your current work status, coordinating with the client any downtime, and keeping the Consulting Services Manager and client informed of schedule and scope changes.

Remain up-to-date regarding relevant technology issues and advances.

May from time to time be required to perform on-site emergency technical support at client locations.


Job Qualifications
==============

Currently pursuing or currently holds a Bachelors’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering or a Business Discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Experience with Windows network administration and 2 to 5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent.

Experience with Trouble Ticketing Systems and Remote Support Software

Ability to resolve client technical issues involving a variety of different technologies.

Deep knowledge of Windows 2003, Exchange 2007, Backup Exec, Symantec Antivirus, HP and Cisco Managed Switches, Cisco and SonicWall Firewalls, Windows XP and Office.

MCP or MCSE preferred, CCNP, VCP a plus.

Ability to lift 50lbs.


This position is contract/1099, part time with estimated 20hrs+ per week
