Experience: 2 plus years required
We're looking for a competent ASP .NET programmer who has advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, multimedia, APIs and Web 2.0 standards. This job will also require knowledge of Adobe CS3 and content management systems.
Required Technology:
- Must be proficient in: CSS Layout & Design, Adobe Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator
- Strong experience in writing Active Server Page (ASP).
- Strong experience DHTML skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Actionscript, etc.)
- Strong experience .NET ASP/ASP.NET C# (Visual Basic 6.0 is a plus).
- Experience with web scripting languages (e.g., AJAX, VBScript, JavaScript, XML).
- Must be proficient in multimedia applications, database interactions, data modeling tools, object oriented development, and internet protocols.
- Strong Internet technology and eBusiness implementation / integration experience.
- Experience in Object Oriented Programming, eCommerce development, knowledge of IIS5, IIS6 and MS Windows Based servers.
- Knowledge of optimizing web pages, images and videos for the web with all platforms and browsers.
- Manage dedicated server
Responsibilities Include:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom Web Applications using mainly ASP .NET, C#, JavaScript and SQL Server.
- Manage ODBC and OleDB in a Windows 2003 / IIS / ODBC environment.
- Create, maintain, change and update new / existing databases.
- Design, develop, and test user interface, backend processes, and Intranet.
Required Skills:
- Excellent web application development skills, multi-layer experience.
- Ability to think creatively and suggest alternative web application solutions.
- Ability to complete projects on a timely basis with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work with others as a team player.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong understanding of database and web.
