Cute room available in shared 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with me and my two cats. This is a third floor walkup (no elevator) with a back and a front entrance.

One shared full bath with shower, tub, and bidet.

Dresser and lower part of closet available. Fold-out ikea mattress available. Air mattress also available.

I’m 52.

No Trumpers. 420 friendly (on the back porch). Week-to-week to start and can move-to-month to month if it’s working out.

International students, flight attendants, pilots, gig workers welcome. I love the city and enjoy seeing it through the eyes of others.

Street parking stickers available if needed.

Laundry available in the basement for $1.50 a load. Borrow a bicycle if you would like!

Walk 7 minutes to the Addison CTA station!
