This is a portable air conditioner and heater! I used it 3 month (Summer 2025) in my rental unit. This is perfect if you are renting a studio, 1-bedroom and need to cool or warm up your unit. It is easily movable on casters. It comes with window unit and all the tubing and remote control!

It sells for over $740, but I am selling it for just $400!
