Probably French Manufacture. Fantastic for celebrations - a romantic cooler for wine or decor. The hammering marks are small and all over. It is really impressive. I cleaned it for five minutes with Bar Keepers Friend but someone could really make this a jewel.
Condition: Good antique condition with some dents, etching. 16 inches diameter x 7.5 inches high, 8.25 pounds.
