Edmond Xavier Kapp (November 5, 1890 to October 29, 1978) was a British portrait painter, draughtsman and caricaturist who during his career depicted many of the most famous politicians, artists and musicians of the time. This is "The Right Hon. Viscount Haldane of Cloan" Number Two of a series dated January 31, 1925. It is matted in a 15 1/2" by 17 1/2" wood frame.
