It has the looptail design
It has a dual top tube
What's especially unique I'd that these top tubes are arched in a slopping fashion. A very cool, head-turning feature.
This bike is incredibly smooth to ride. It is in better then good condition, but I wouldn't classify it as excellent. There is slight surface rust (nothing major) in the tight, hard-to-reach spots.
Addition features include: lay back seat post, quick release seat clamp, and YES, a kickstand :-)

It looks very similar to a Torker Vegabond but is a Pacific Stun. In my opinion, this frame has a better solid design and greater features to offer. Very rare find here.
