Cinelli Frame-set with wheels and accessories - $200 (South Loop)

I am including wheels and a Zipp Service Course seat post with this frame. Wheels have tires and a sram 11 speed cassette installed. Frame has brake calipers installed and Portland Design Works fenders.
This is a fun frame that will need some work to put together but a fun project for someone who likes to tinker or build up frames.
