Considering it’s age, its in good condition.
Original paint, decals, parts, etc. The original pads and other parts in good condition. It’s ready to ride. No major damages, rust, etc., but the bike is used so please expect some normal signs of past use.
The only thing not original is the seat (and possibly the pedals).
Very cool bike that’s fairly uncommon, especially considering how clean and original it is.
