I’m selling my 2023 Checkpoint because I’m building a custom bike. I love this bike, and now it’s time for someone else to enjoy it. If you’re looking for a high performance gravel bike at an entry-level price, here it is!
This SL6 comes with a SRAM Rival AXS 1x12 drivetrain (wireless electronic shifting). I also have a spare battery for those bigger adventures.
The chain is already waxed, although you can’t go wrong with a fresh waxing in case you want extra protection from road dust.
You’re also getting hydraulic disc brakes, which have new pads and a fresh bleed.
I replaced the stock stem and handlebars with Trek RSL components, so you’re getting carbon aero bars and a stem. I mostly did this for less road buzz and aesthetics, but the bars are also very comfortable.
This bike has been on some big adventures, so you’ll notice some scuff on the rear mech, and a little paint chipping on the rear dropout; so I’m throwing in a set of Deore XT SPD pedals and Trek Adventure bags to sweeten this deal.
Size is a 52cm, tires are 35mm Panaracer Gravelking Slick Rs, so it’s great for roads and light gravel at the moment. However the frame will clear 45mm tires for chunkier gravel.
