2. This whole ensemble had been stored in Un-Conditioned Space...
3. While there is NO Water Damage, There Is a Lingering Musty Aroma
4. The Box is Stained, Nicked & Dented - Structurally Sound though
5. Catalog has a minor stain and a slight wavy/ripple of front cover
6. Sketchbook has a Mostly Strong Binding - Only the last Folio having broken threads...
7. There is about a 1" tear in the first page after the Tip-Ins
The Front Cover has a slightly Upward Bend
