The bars are for older kids or small adults on the back, as they just provide a pace to hold on, they don't provide the whole cage around passengers. I think they were originally part of the Surly Kid Corral kit. These are not a traditional stoker bar: they're a single unit that bolts to the bottom of the xtracycle deck.
Also two Mini Magic Carpet deck pads, which affix to the holes in a Flight Deck. Roughly 9"x7"x2", with reflective stitching and piping. I preferred these to the full-length MagicCarpet because they let you to just use one and attach/strap something else behind one of the pads, like a dog or ferret or whatnot. There are different generations of this stuff and these were discontinued a while back, so make sure they work for your setup.
