We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Duties for the General Manager will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy General Manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

General Manager Responsibilities:
Obtains profit contribution by managing staff and establishing and accomplishing business
Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending
Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course
Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; and coordinating actions with corporate
Builds company image by collaborating with customers, community organizations, and employees; and enforcing ethical business
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
Oversee daily operations of the business unit or
Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the
Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct
Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the organization
Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the organization’s offerings to customers
Engage in key or targeted customer activities
Oversee key hiring and talent development programs
Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent
Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees
Report key results to the CEO
Engage with CEO in broader organizational strategic planning

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills, comfortable working within a fast paced and constantly changing environment
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management
Ability to work well under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed
Must be available for shifts to work effectively with customers and employees
Manage and adhere to customer expectations
Manage operational and administrative activities of the site, including all work assignments, performance evaluations, hiring requirements and employee engagement and career development of all employees
Experience in planning and budgeting
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration or a related discipline is preferred; four to ten years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
