We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Duties for the General Manager will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities. General Manager Responsibilities:

Report key results to the CEO
Engage with CEO in broader organizational strategic planning
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills, comfortable working within a fast paced and constantly changing environment
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management
Ability to work well under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed
Must be available for shifts to work effectively with customers and employees
Manage and adhere to customer expectations
