This morning riding CTA brown line it was a young man acting aggressive perhaps he's mentally ill. He was wearing a ankle monitor. Some young women were afraid of him. As a senior man I carry a maze with me to defend myself and others if necessary.
Suggestion to to all cta riders:
Specifically women: carry pepper spray with you to protect yourself.
A concerned citizen.
