About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Founding Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and play a critical role in building a mission-driven healthcare company from the ground up.
This is not a traditional assistant role. You will act as a strategic partner, operator, communicator, and representative of the CEO—translating vision into execution across business, marketing, and external relations.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Representation & Communication
Act as a primary communication bridge for the CEO in meetings, presentations, and written communication
Represent or support the CEO in high-stakes conversations where clarity and professionalism are essential
Prepare investor decks, emails, and external-facing materials
Marketing & Social Media Execution
Support and execute marketing initiatives and growth strategies
Manage or contribute to social media presence, including content planning, messaging, and audience engagement
Help shape the company’s voice across platforms (website, ads, community outreach)
Presentation & External Engagement
Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations to investors, partners, and stakeholders
Attend conferences, meetings, and networking events alongside or on behalf of the CEO
Confidently represent the company in professional settings
Operational & Strategic Support
Coordinate cross-functional workflows across product, marketing, and partnerships
Manage priorities, scheduling, and execution of critical initiatives
Support fundraising efforts and investor relations
Personal & Executive Support
Provide high-trust support in day-to-day executive activities to maximize the CEO’s effectiveness
Assist in situations requiring discretion, adaptability, and close coordination

Ideal Candidate
