We are looking for individuals in Chicago, IL to help us evaluate a cutting-edge food delivery service featuring autonomous robots, alongside a review of the customer support journey.

Participants will use a well-known delivery platform to order food, which will be delivered by a sidewalk-navigating robot. Your feedback will focus on the ordering process, a brief test call to customer support, and a quick follow-up survey regarding the end-to-end experience.

Requirements for participation:
Reside in, work in, or be able to commute to the specified testing zone in Chicago, IL
Have an existing account with the delivery app or be willing to create one prior to testing
Availability to order food between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM UTC; sessions are held 7 days a week
Make an upfront food purchase using your personal payment method, but you will be fully reimbursed for this expense through the final payout.
