What You'll Do
You will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of accounts, making outbound calls, and working your queue. The accounts you'll handle include credit card debt, consumer loans, payday loans (PDL), and auto loans.
Compensation & Perks
Aggressive Commission: Earn a generous 30% commission on all collected amounts. Top performers can reach our bonus tier for an even higher 35% commission on collections over $10,000.
Performance-Based Bonuses: Daily bonuses are available to reward you for meeting and exceeding your collection goals.
Convenient Pay Schedule: Get paid twice a month on the 5th and 20th.
Remote Flexibility: Work from the comfort of your home. Our team works Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Who We're Looking For
A minimum of 1 year of experience in debt collection.
A self-starter who is driven by a commission-based structure and has a history of success.
An individual with strong negotiation skills who can effectively manage a full portfolio of accounts.
