Drone/Stills or Video/Ground Level and Interiors, etc.

Photogrammetry and Facade Inspections for Condo and Tall Buildings, with AI reports.
I have shot over 175 shopping centers, 45+ Hotels, 120+ apartment complexes, 125+ freestanding retail/fast food, 35+ corporate events, 45+ industrial facilities, 25+ various land-use sites, dozens of corporate and actor head shots, 50+ product related shoots (product installed/being used), 20+ fully edited aerial videos, 120 aerial site shoots, 15 magazines including CEO Magazine, TIME Magazine, San Francisco Architecture, NAPA Magazine, Shell Magazine.
All while maintaining reasonable fees for what I do.
I shoot average to medium and large projects for Marketing Pros, Commercial Realty Brokers, REIT groups, hotel contractor, etc.
If it's Architecture related, I can do great work for you.
Exception; I do NOT shoot Weddings or Residential property. Sorry.
Capturing aerial shots or videos takes more than just owning a drone.
Of course one needs to also be FAA Certified, which I have been for 8 years,
but more than anything I am a Pro Photographer who happens to use a drone as a tool to capture the best images.

Although I am prospecting for the Middle to Northern Florida region. I also travel to every state.
Over the past 10 years I average 135 shoots in 28 states each year.
Those included traveling to cities from; Main To Miami To Chicago To San Francisco and most states in between.
We have three additional associate photographers, who I have trained in my style, with 3-5 years experience each.
While I shoot in all states, these three shoot regionally in IN/KY/OH/IL/TN/MO/GA.
