Are you friendly, organized, and love helping people? My Mail Center in Downtown Chicago is looking for a reliable and energetic Mail Center Associate to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
• Greet and assist customers with shipping, packing, mailbox services, and printing needs
• Handle UPS, FedEx, USPS shipments
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work area
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer
We’re Looking For:
• Friendly and dependable with great communication skills
• Basic computer and cash register knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Previous retail, shipping, or office experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train!)
Schedule & Pay:
• Full time available
• $16.50
• Monday-Friday
