Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in data entry, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Hours: Sunday-Thursday 1:30pm-8:30pm
Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any concerns or complaints effectively.
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges while maintaining detailed records of interactions.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and ensure service satisfaction.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Office applications.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to provide informed client services.
Utilize analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
Handle cash transactions with precision when required, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
Experience
Previous experience in a call center environment or customer service role is preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in English and other languages.
Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and active listening.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills are essential.
Experience in sales or client services is advantageous but not mandatory.
