Up for auction is this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible, a Canadian GM–documented example finished in Butternut Yellow over a black houndstooth Deluxe interior. Factory optioned with the L35 396ci Turbo-Jet V8 and 4-speed manual, it now runs a date-coded correct replacement 396ci Turbo-Jet. Enhancements include the Rally Sport (RS) package, Endura-style bumper, and power windows.
Restored in 2015 with the body removed from the frame, it was refinished in Butternut Yellow with a new black convertible top. Correct XT wheels with Goodyear Polyglas tires, RS retractable headlights, reupholstered Deluxe interior, power steering, and power-assisted disc brakes complete the setup.
