Work Done:
- Two tires in front (few months old).
- Recent oil change, next change needed around 69-70k.
- Battery bought in February.
- Ran fuel line cleaner through system.
- Had mechanic peek inside catalytic converter, debris free.
- Vacuum leak fixed (should be visible in pic of under hood).
- Air filter.
- Brake line fixed.
Work Needed:
- Two rear tires (Pepboys has them, but may need to have them brought to nearest shop, as parts are tricky to find.)
- Brakes need to be done soon, still safe enough to drive, but next few months would be best.
- Has electrical quirks (CD changer needs to be reset, variable speed on wipers doesn't work, only high/highest and off, rear wiper fluid doesn't dispense).
Vehicle has served surprisingly well for its condition, age, and mileage. Decent commuter car and with some amount of care would probably last much longer. Have taken it on short road trips and had no issues with it. Rust underneath is obviously biggest issue, expected for Chicago vehicle over 20 years old. I have tools, but not much time to do any restorative work.
