This is the classic small passenger van, it's identical to the Chevy Astro. It's a great people mover and when the seats are removed there's lots of cargo space. Rear 3-part barn doors are stylish and allow great visibility, but the tint is dark enough for privacy too. I used it for some great van-life-lite road trips (see pics) and construction projects, so cool memories. In fact this was a experiment for me and I loved it: I found an identical van with fewer miles in better shape and I'm going to do more camping modifications on that one. Maybe you'd like to have a cheap van to try out yourself? Here it is!

The engine is reliable and the alternator and battery were replaced in March (so still under warranty). It's a truck chassis and engine so lots of life left in it.

But there are issues, too: it's old! Driver's side front brake sensor is damaged, so the anti-lock kicks in when braking, right as it comes to a stop: it's a common problem on these trucks and never bothered me enough to replace the whole assembly.

Some rattles from the rusty undercarriage.

The AC compressor is toast, and needs a recharge.

Otherwise it's just looks: There are many scratches and some rust on the exterior, enough so that the trim at the driver's side door is taped on (see pics). The CD player is broken but the radio works great. Some small tears in the ceiling upholstery, some light discoloration in the carpeting, pretty normal wear and tear for a 21-year-old working truck.

I'm happy to meet for a test drive; open to reasonable offers. Thanks for looking.

PS: an edit: I have a vehicle report from Bumper.com (recommended by the Feds' NMVITS) that confirms no major recalls or accidents, floods, etc. I'm happy to share that and the VIN is here too, so you can run your own. But I'm not clicking on any shady links! :) Happy hunting, everybody.
