If you are a man or woman between the ages of 18 & 50 and are not taking any psychiatric
medications, you may qualify for a research study.
Dr. Jennifer Fanning, Ph.D. at The University of Chicago is conducting a research study. This study
involves 2 or 3 visits. You will receive a confidential, no-cost, evaluation to see if you are eligible.
Study procedures include: screening interview, medical history interview, questionnaires, and computer
tasks during an fMRI scan of your brain. During an fMRI scan we will look at how the brain "works" when
people engage in a social interaction. You will be compensated for participating and may receive up to
$250 over the time of the study in addition to reimbursement for parking or public transportation costs.
- Men and Women who are NOT taking any psychiatric medication.
- Between the ages of 18 and 50
- Meet other eligibility requirements as outlined by the research protocol.
