I have two (2) HP Officejet 8040 Printers (Print, Fax, Scan, Copy, Web) with NEAT filing software capability for sale. Both printers owned since new. I fell in love with the format and functionality of this particular model. Black in color so it blends (disappear) in the home decor, touch screen display with wifi. Digitally file older paperwork to NEAT software filling system (downloadable from the web), to computer, or to 1TB hard drive.
At the time of purchase, prices for 1TB hard drive alone were about $200.00. The cost of these printers (pictured) is currently around the $200 (for each).
Printer One (1): Gives a jammed paper indication, which no paper is (jammed) inside. According to the HP/Printer blogs, this is a known malfunction for this model printer and can be overridden if you follow the YouTube tutorial by pulling something or another out, clean it and reinstall it. I didn't want to take the chance and break something, so I just hooked up the second printer (my mom's) and used it.
Printer Two (2): It's printing, but printing light despite new ink cartridges being installed. My business won't allow me to figure it out, so I just purchased a new printer and using it now.
