YBG Event Staffing is currently hiring polished, professional event staff for an upcoming Elegant Private Dinner Experience in Chicago. This is a high-end event, so we're looking for individuals who are experienced, reliable, and well presented. The client is very intentional about creating a luxury atmosphere. A polished professional experience is essential and mandatory.

The event is located at the Haymarket House (Uptown)
Tuesday May 12th, 2026
5:30PM-10:30PM

Server: $22 per hour (plus tips)
Bartender: $28 per hour (plus tips)

Role Description
Bartender / Mixologist

• Strong bartending & mixology experience.
• Confidence in preparing classic mixed drinks.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized bar space.
• Prepare and serve beverages for 20 - 25 guests.

Please note: All liquor, mixers and garnishes, table will be provided.

Server
Serve drinks, Hors d'oeuvres & Dessert

• Supporting buffet style dinner service.
• Maintaining table cleanliness and managing dish turnover throughout event

Appearance & Dress Code

• Black bistro attire required (black button up, black slacks, black tie)
• Clothing must be clean, well fitted, and neatly pressed. Hair & makeup must be neatly styled.
• Clean, professional appearance is required to match the event atmosphere.
