As Event Manager, you will devote your best efforts and energy to your obligations. You are expected to work on anything assigned to you by your Manager, which can include, but is not limited to:
-Arriving on time at the venue.
-Greeting venue staff upon arrival to the venue
-Loading-in and loading-out equipment
-Setting up and taking down equipment
-Checking-in attendees, artists, & staff
-Completing transactions
-Collecting and managing cash
-Assuring that no equipment is left at the venue
-Data entry into a spreadsheet
-Scanning tickets
-Enforcing rules established by Manager
-Receiving package with Artist Passes & Banners
-Returning package with Artist Passes & Banners day after event (UPS/FedEx)
Skills:
Detail and deadline-oriented with strong organization skills
Strong computer skills and fluency in Google Sheets
Professional, reliable, responsible and punctual
Discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience (preferred):
Brand Ambassador: 1 year
Tour Manager: 1 year
Event Coordinator: 1 year
Event Manager: 1 year
Requirements:
Must be 21 years old
Work variable hours that include nights and weekends
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
