Cook experience is a must.
Must be strong, fast, work clean and efficiently. Required to lift heavy pots.
Must be organized, have a strong sense of urgency, and able to pay attention to detail.
Must have weekend availability.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine (or the ability to learn fast) is preferable.
