Fun, energetic sports bar in Lakeview seeking experienced and driven manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily floor operations and bar staff
-Ensure smooth shift execution
-Open and close the bar as assigned
-Track and maintain apparel inventory
-Support bar staff as needed
-Run special events
-Support ownership with administrative and operational tasks
-Ability to interact with guests/patrons and provide excellent customer service
-Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs
-Ability to stand/walk for entire shift
-Problem-solving and conflict management skills
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in bar/restaurant management
-Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
-Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Detail oriented, dependable, and professional
-Must be at least 21 years of age
Compensation:
-Hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications
Schedule:
-Full-time, 5 days/40 hours per week
-Nights, weekends, and some holidays required.
