Who you are:
-5+ years behind the bar
-deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and technique
-comfortable in a high-volume + quality-focused environment
-detail-oriented, clean, fast, and consistent
-strong guest presence and communication skills
-mature, professional — we prefer candidates 30+
-no drinking on the job
