As a Manager at Boqueria, you will be responsible for providing guests with the best possible experience and creating a positive work culture by personally exemplifying our core values. You will also be responsible for assisting the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds its financial targets and overseeing the restaurant's preparedness for daily service and DOH inspection readiness.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant365, Avero)
• Food Handler's Certification from the Department of Health
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead
• Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions
• Strong leadership abilities (clear vision, active listening, assertive communication, empathetic and responsive)
