Responsibilities and Duties
Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive.
Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand/walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Qualifications and Skills
6 months restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to create memorable guest connection
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service.
Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends.
Good judgement skills and adaptive attitude
Past restaurant experience is preferred, NOT required - if you are open & willing to learn, we will teach!
