Key Responsibilities: Table Turnover: Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to keep wait times low.Floor Support: Refill water glasses, clear empty plates, and assist servers during rushes.Station Upkeep: Maintain clean service stations, polish glassware, and restock utensils.Cleanliness: Promptly wipe down tables, chairs, and booths, and handle any spills immediately

What We Are Looking ForExperience: At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.Pace: Fast on your feet and organized during chaotic weekend morning shifts.Schedule: Early mornings and weekends are a must.Teamwork: A friendly attitude and a drive to jump in and help out.

We emphasize a “working as a team” ethic. Thus, tips are pooled and distributed by amount of hours worked. This has always helped promote.
