At PRO CARE CLEANING, we’re more than just a cleaning company — we’re a team that values quality work, reliability, and mutual respect. We’re currently looking for experienced, dependable cleaners who take pride in what they do and want to grow with us.
What We Do:
We provide high-quality cleaning services, including:
Tenant turnover cleanings
Short-term rental (STR) turnovers
Residential cleanings (standard and deep cleans)
Recurring maid services
What We’re Looking For:
Previous cleaning experience (professional experience preferred)
Reliable transportation (we may have multiple cleanings each week)
Ability to pick up and return cleaning supplies before and after jobs
Someone who is thorough, punctual, and treats clients and teammates with respect
What We Provide:
All cleaning supplies and materials
A weekly transportation allowance (cleaners cover their own driving and parking costs)
Tips on every eligible clean
Merit-based bonuses throughout the year
Real opportunities for growth, leadership, and pay increases
Pay & Growth Opportunities:
$15/hour – Training
$20/hour – Base Pay
$25/hour – Senior Cleaner
$30/hour – Trainer / Management
You can also earn additional pay for restocking properties, managing inventory, training new team members, and taking on last-minute or holiday cleanings.
Where We Work:
Our clients are primarily located in Lincoln Park and Lakeview, making scheduling efficient and consistent.
