Ca Phe Da is the sister restaurant of Chef Thai Dang’s acclaimed HaiSous Vietnamese Kitchen, both located in the vibrant Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago. We seek a host in HaiSous on Wednesday & Thursday dinner shift + Cafe day shift Friday & Saturday!
Cafe Position Details:
• Role: Front-of-house team member
• Responsibilities include:
• Preparing Vietnamese coffee and beverages
• Providing both table-side and counter service
• Ensuring a welcoming and efficient guest experience
HaiSous Host Position Details:
• Role: Guest Relations
• Responsibilities include: preparing floor plan for the evening, warmly greeting guests, answering phones, menu printing, seating guests, opening and closing duties
We’re looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals who are passionate about hospitality and Vietnamese cuisine.
