Downtown convention hotel seeks an experienced, creative and motivated culinary professional to join our culinary team. The position will primarily oversee dinner service while occasionally assisting in banquet operations. The ideal candidate will have been working in a supervisory capacity in kitchen for at least three years. Candidate also will need experience in menu development, calculating food cost, purchasing and must have a current sanitation license. Experience working in a hotel preferred.
