The Region is a small, award winning casual burger joint in Roscoe Village. We are looking to add to our small, tight-knit team.

Experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen with a small crew is essential. Requirements are as follows:

Serve Safe Management certified
2+ years experience in a busy kitchen
A contagious positive attitude
Previous supervisory references must be provided and will be contacted
The ability to pass a background check
A naturally calm demeanor and the ability to stay cool and collected under pressure during rush times
Responsibilities include:

-Running the grill and kitchen to maintain proper flow and customer satisfaction

-Arrive on time for assigned shifts dressed and ready to work

-Attend weekly one on one meetings with owner to assess overall staff performance, address opportunities for improvement and design and execute a plan for continued growth

This is a part or full-time position that requires evening and weekend availability. The Sunday closing shift is mandatory.
