Join us at Mott St to build Chicago-based Asian American cuisine. We are a family-style restaurant, both in staff and in service. We feature abundant meals where guests roll up their sleeves to feast on an array of dishes. Ever wanted to bet behind a wok or learn about the nuances between the myriad of pickled pepper sauces?
Our cooks can expect to grow through a variety of positions to give a broad educational experience under the tutelage of James Beard Award nominated best chef Great Lakes Edward Kim. Mott St is deeply honored to have been listed as a Chicago Eater Essential 38, receiver of 5 Michelin Bib Gourmands, and nominated by Bon Appetit Magazine as a runner up for top 10 Best New Restaurants in America 2014.
