Full-Time | Overnight | Leadership Opportunity
Are you an experienced facilities or maintenance leader looking for a stable overnight position with a respected Chicago organization?
Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking an Overnight Facilities Supervisor to lead our overnight operations team and help maintain one of Chicago's premier health and fitness clubs. You'll oversee a four-person team responsible for keeping our 160,000+ square foot facility clean, safe, and ready for members each morning.
What You'll Do
Lead and support a team of overnight facilities professionals
Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks
Ensure the building is safe, secure, and fully prepared for daily operations
Perform facility inspections and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot building and equipment issues
Maintain pool systems and facility records
Communicate with daytime leadership regarding projects and facility updates
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
Supervisory experience in facilities, maintenance, custodial, or operations
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (or equivalent)
Experience with commercial building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) is a plus
