Production PREP and cook for catering. High volume. Must have speed and knife skills.
This position is for a PRODUCTION PREP COOK.
Must have strong knife skills and ability to read & and and follow recipes. Two plus years of experience of catering or very high volume restaurant work required.
You should enjoy working in a fast-paced and non-corporate environment and will have the opportunity to work for a growing family run business. Our kitchen has a strong work ethic and great synergy of cooks who work very well together.
This job is full-time.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be organized.
$15-$17 per hour, work begins @6 AM daily or NOON (flexible).
8 hours per day. 40 hours per week. 6 AM start.
