We’re an upscale casual, fast paced lunch and dinner house in the West Loop, and we’re building a team of young professionals who bring positivity, polish, and hustle to every shift.
Applicants must be 18+ with open availability from noon to close, Tuesday–Saturday. (We are closed Sundays, Mondays, and major holidays.)
What You’ll Learn & Do:
• Tech forward service — Use modern POS tools and digital workflows confidently
• Guest experience mastery — Deliver warm, attentive hospitality that keeps guests returning
• Spotless environment standards — Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming dining room
• Service flow fundamentals — Follow service steps, clear tables efficiently, and support smooth operations
• Accurate order handling — Ring orders, process payments, and balance receipts with precision
• Team support — Assist the owner, culinary team, and lead server
• Kitchen–server communication — Help coordinate timing and communication between FOH and BOH
• Cashier responsibilities — Learn front counter and payment duties
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands on experience, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a full Server.
