Job Responsibilities:
As a Server at Manchamanteles, you will be expected to:
Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine hospitality to all guests
Demonstrate strong understanding of our menu, including moles, agave spirits, and regional Mexican dishes
Guide guests through food and beverage pairings with confidence
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service station
Communicate effectively with kitchen and host teams to ensure smooth service
Uphold all health, safety, and service standards not limited to Basset certificate and food handler certificate
