Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food preparation and kitchen operations, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
• Perform all prep work including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients for daily service.
• Assist chefs and line cooks in executing recipes and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure all food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated according to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Support kitchen operations during busy service hours as needed.
• Follow Harvest 365 recipes, procedures, and presentation standards.
Qualifications:
• Previous prep cook or kitchen experience required (1+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Must be legally eligible for employment in the United States.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
