Brought this home from a shop I worked at in 2014. Was at least 5-6 years at the shop, Yes it's torn, that's why it's $10.00 If you are a Napa guy I'm sure it can be fixed. If not there are plain black replacements on Ebay for $10.00 and you'll have a new stool for your garage. Or clean it up a little and use it inside. Seat swivels. Little rust on rest of it but solid. I am not cleaning or trying to make look any better. It is a cheap stool. LOcation 60633 Hegewisch neighborhood. 130th & saginaw, Easy to get to.
