Needs a bit of work, if you're handy it’s an easy fix.
1) The foam padding has come loose, it needs to be re-glued to the board with waterproof carpet glue.
2) The lever to raise and lower the fins does not move freely.
With the pad removed you can see the cables that connect the lever to the fins are packed with sand.
