A chromatic Hammered Dulcimer (santoor) designed for 3 complete Low, Medium and High pitch octaves. You may tune it to full and half-tones from bottom up in order of Mi, FA, FA#, Sol, SOL# LA, Tib, Ti, Do,DO#, Re, Re#. The strings passing over the White bridges give the Full tones, and the strings passing over the Black bridges give the Half Tones.
As you see in the video, the bridges on the left handside produce the high & medium octaves, and the bridges on the right produce the low octave.
Both on the right and left, the bridges #6 from the bottom should be tuned to La. Therefore, the left part of the steel strings on Bridge #6 produces the La 880Hz, the right part of it produces the La 440Hz. The corresponding bridge #6 at the right side of the instrument produces the La(220Hz).
Once the bridges #6 are tuned to La, then the remaining bridges before and after get tuned to half and full tones in the order mentioned before.
The instrument comes in a hard case, a pair of hammers(mezrab), some extra strings, and a tuning tool.
