- All pieces (EXCEPT FOR THE ARMOIRE) will be on main floor with a straight walk-out to your vehicle.
-To protect the home and ensure careful handling of your item, I will schedule a professional movers to safely bring the Armoire down one flight of indoor stairs and right out to your vehicle. THIS IS ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE ASKING PRICE.
- Buyer must bring a truck or large trailer and tie-down straps etc AND someone to help load remaining furniture pieces.
- Cash only upon pickup.

All pieces are in great pre-owned condition with very light wear, with the exception of the defect shown in the last two photos (barely seen with drawer closed). Drawers function well and doors open/close properly. Protective shelf liners were used in some of the drawers. Clean and ready for pickup.
