I've had it since ~2010 maybe, there are some marks on both arms from claws. Stain resistant fabric, I spot cleaned as needed but all the cushion covers unzip and are able to be washed

If you're able to pick it up from the Storage Unit where I currently have it by Saturday then you can just have it honestly. As much as I love it it just isn't the right size
